  1. It feels like a begining, not an approaching end. Brings to mind a similar language-picture, though I’m not sure about the last two words:

    [You, Autumn] set budding more, 
    And still more, later flowers for the bees, 
    Until they think warm days will never cease,  
    For Summer has o’er-brimm’d their clammy cells.
