My mother subscribed to House and Garden magazine for years and years. It was filled with images like this; the editors would take this photo in a second.

An artist friend said once that if i wanted to understand color, i should study green. It’s clear here that the meadow’s various greens could represent “all of life.”
Oh I love that…studying green…I am a student of green here in the green mountains.
