what a great shot. I can smell the woody dampness here. Those mushrooms look perfect. Are they edible?
I don’t know much about mushrooms so in the wild I am only an admirer.
Very nice photo. I like the poem also, it made me smile.
There’s clearly a reason those logs are decorated as they are on the Christmas table!
