a freezing night
still she blooms

May she continue. In 1976 I picked a bunch of roses on Christmas Day. I’m hoping to do it again this year

Wow! What a special Christmas gift. It could happen here – last year friends went kayaking on Christmas Day. Two years earlier there was snow up to the windowsills
