Are they Abbie Angus? Beef cattle (small herd) were part of my life for some 30 years. Your pic shows peaceful ruminants. LOVE it, and MISS them.

Can you see me grinning? There’s the corn and the cows that are essence of Iowa. Have you ever heard the corn growing? It’s not just a tale. If the conditions are right, you can hear it crackling as it stretches skyward. I haven’t heard it for years, but I remember it well, and your photo brought it back.
I have not heard it. But THANKS to YOU I most certainly will be listening for it!!!!
