And Art deco was born. Iris blooms always remind me of Flamenco dancers.
As always – a perfect backcloth

One of my favorites. Amazing color and detail.
This is a stunning photo of a flower that I think can hold its own with any other plant in the garden. Beautiful. 🙂
What a flower!
Oh gosh – this is perfect in every way. Thank you.
That photo and iris are absolutely GORGEOUS!!! 🙂 ❤
Incredibly beautiful, both word and image are perfectly paired.
i love irises so much but here in WA state they won’t grow for me. fortunately my next door neighbor – who lives 30 feet away – has beautiful irises so i just admire theirs 🙂
just as good really – maybe they are kind enough to share blooms?…
Such perfection – it makes me sigh!
It moves faster than I can see–so like a flower…
Wow! Words, vision twirl…
sensuous and majestic all at once – no wonder Georgia O’Keeffe chose flowers as one of her main subjects!
Catherine: This is a BIG shot. Beautiful color with visible texture and veins.
Catherine: Brilliant color!
