forget me not
the gentlest reminder of
the enormity of tiny pleasures

As the name suggests, they are given or used to decorate gifts with the hope the recipient will not forget the giver. It also symbolizes faithful love and memories 🙂

The details — the range of color from lavender to pale blue, and the fine hairs scattered along the leave — are delicious. Who would want to forget such a lovely plant?
