Nature and the creatures in it are amazing
I’ve never heard the word “eft,” and had to look it up. I was amazed by the number of informative — and cautionary — articles. I don’t think I’d want one as a pet, as so many children apparently do, but I’m willing to admire it here.
Oh my goodness, – what a wonderful catch! Thank you for sharing the wonder.
the red eft is a particular favorite of mine. lovely verse and photo.
Nature never ceases to amaze me.
Darling little creature.

very interesting photo.
A truly beautiful amphibian! 🙂
Their life cycle truly is amazing. I love seeing these little guys in the forest after a rain.
I don’t like lizard-type creatures, but this one looks so cute, and I love his colour!
Beautiful. If I didn’t know better I’d think you’d arranged it
Wow, what a shot!
I, too, had to go do a bit of reading about the Red Eft.
Thanks for prompting the research
