winter’s long shadow

Visual and verbal combination as beautiful as ever

We are on the cusp of greenness, holding our breath.
…with fingers crossed. Snow last week into the 60’s this weekend.
Looking at the cattail and the shadow, it occurs to me: always, the space between exists, however large or small.
I like it
