Very interesting words… 🙂
In the past thirty days, I can count on one hand the number of sunny days we have experienced…such an aptly written piece 🙂
wonderful poem–and love the switch up with black and white photo
Perfect choice for today! Brrr.
…spot on…well captured in word and picture again, my friend… 🙂
I did smile at this. On my About page, where I list some “favorites,” I include my favorite sport: conversation.

And what a pleasure good conversation is!
Looks great 🙂
Lovely landscape view.
I always call a day like this “a-make-you-own-sunshine-kind-of-day.” I do like the idea of creating sunshine with conversation — not thumbs — real face-to-face conversation! Or at the very least, real voices over a telephone!
Great photo. I can feel the cold just looking at it.
That gave me a chill. Not the wintry part, the poem, seedbud.
This looks so old fashioned……
That makes a good sunshine!
Everything works here – even the barely visible wires above. They add a special second meaning to the final word of the poem. Great take!
_/\_ thank you for your thoughtful read Albert. All the best in the New Year.
Very beautiful photo.
I counted a good conversation among the spices of life in my last post 🙂
Yes, indeed. Having the sun shine makes up for the frigid temps!
Beautiful image, I can feel the cold. Love the pairing, the verse is delightful and so on point. Thank you for sharing.
a classic, iconic New England winter scene …
