Sun reversing into the river.. can see it …
So light shines and returns,
so the sun wins the night
while I’m waiting for You.
Also Christmas is here
So serene a solstice. Calming commentary.
Serenity in a single image – thank you.
In an interesting parallel, the SpaceX rocket successfully paused, reversed, and came back to the landing pad only hours before the moment designated as solstice. Sometimes, the world’s just too marvelous.
A beautiful reminder in words and image to pause and take in the wonders of our world. Thank you.
Nice capture, my friend.
Love the ripples on the water.
Gorgeous! Thank you for liking my post Bliss and bringing me here.
From the ripples I can tell that the pause came right after, or was it just before and in expectation of, a pulse from the sun as it signled.
Happy Solstice, C!
Greetings from 60°N waiting for the sun.
A very meditative haiku and image.
Nice meditative and reflective feel to the pairing. Thank you for sharing the moment.
