Wonderful poem to go with the photo.
or should I say metaphor?
Lovely image and poem. Maybe it should be ‘Unruffled’?!
I transplanted my five violets, and feared I’d done them in. They’re starting to grow, now, and one has buds. I’ll show them this photo to encourage them.
It was 66 here in the south and being the northerner I am, I was freezing! 🙂
That is a lovely photo! I love the colors and the ruffles!
Flaunts indeed. Twirls too. Caught in a happy dance.
I like the way the ruffled leaves echo the ruffled blossom.
those blue ruffles are pretty cool!
Beautiful pairing of image and word…the flaunting has such a wonderful and powerful feel to it.
Love the words and what gorgeous frilliness!! Love, N 🙂 ❤
The purple really brings out its beauty ! ❤
It is so uplifting to see our indoor plants bloom as winter outside seems to have killed everything off. Right now, my orchids are putting out bud-bearing stalks and a plant I got from a friend surprised me with the most beautiful flowers I’ve never seen before.
lol that violet is a rebel! XD thank you for the inspiration!
