That’s trouble on the hoof for an inquisitive and inexperienced dog, but a wonderful photo. They’re such interesting creatures.
Very nice find.

haha, so cute! Love the poem.
Cute! Great post!
Baby porcupines are called porcupettes. Just in case you needed to know. =)
Oh, I DID need to know that everyone does. Their name is almost cuter than they are.

I learn something new every day! Thankyou!
Lovely! They are so cute!
What fascinating critters! Although I think I prefer “our” Echidnas. (Less spikes)
They may have less spikes but they are still sharp, says she who removed one from a 100k speed zone !
Beautiful, love the image – so cute! And your words, they pushed the ‘tender-heart’ button hard…brilliant. This poem would be a nice, positive send off to any traveling loved ones. Thank you for sharing. Peace.
Very beautiful photo.
Thank you for your marvelous gift of always supplying me with a picture I can remember, and a poem so beautiful. You bless me every day. jlehman1945

wow, such an amazing piece. What I love most is the proficiency of language vibrating between the three lines. Well done ^^,
