What an Incredible moment and the early morning steam rising – I am totally imagining myself right there – thank you
A delight for the senses.
Wonderful shot, the essence of early morning light
Once I learned such ducks are called dabblers, I used the expression “dabble in (this or that) a little more carefully! It’s a wonderful image.

The end of the matter? …what great timing!
I love watching ducks stand on their heads and also landing. Amazing shot.
Lovely capture in the morning mist.
Beautiful. You’ve captured the quietness.
hehehe I love it when they do this. 🙂
You brought a smile to my face with this one — pic and words. We often walk along the Charles and see the ducks, and delight in these “bottoms up” antics!
This picture looks peaceful. Your words describes the picture perfectly.
And the light colours the curtain of grasses; they shine like a waterfall
love that description
Great capture! Love the mist and the sunlight illuminating the grasses. ❤
Perfect timing to get all five with bottoms up.
Synchronized diving! Beautiful capture 🙂
Oh, yes! Wonderful! And the composition…superb!
[chuckle] Love the title!
Your capture captures me. I keep wondering how I would react without the words there, or with just the title. The image itself speaks. Wonder-full!
Very beautiful photo.
‘Five dive down’ is great! Jane
