Stepping stones warmed by the sun
beckon bare feet
to journey into serenity

It has a peaceful look.
I once had my small garden with a winding path-life and disability have turned it into a mess. This makes me long for younger days.
Before I read the glorious words at the bottom, the first word that came to me as I gazed into this wonderful garden, stone-path scene, was serenity. What an image of such tranquility….the perfect place to go to release one’s cares and simply “be”. Wonderful, meditative, gorgeous image. Love the poetry, as well, perfect sluicing words of peace.
Love your almost-haiku!
